Community Service
The Ranch provides opportunities for youths needing to fulfill community service hours for educational purposes or as required by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. Participant youths’ parents or guardians coordinate with staff to come to the Ranch and perform tasks and chores alongside a designated Staff Volunteer with subsequent visits until community service time requirements are fulfilled. more…

Adult / Family Volunteer Development Program
The Adult/Family Volunteer Staff Development Program recruits, onboards and develops adults 18+ in becoming part of our Volunteer Staff. Ranch Leaders provide all training and no prior horse experience is required. Parents or guardians may bring along their children to help in their volunteer service, provided they remain under direct supervision of the parent or guardian and adhere to all Ranch safety guidelines. more…
