Leadership takes many forms at Dare to Dream Youth Ranch, but it all starts with our most-precious resource: our Volunteers.
We provide thorough training for all aspects of our program, from horse care & feeding, to horsemanship and therapeutic riding experiences for the children we serve, all delivered with competence and care.
No matter your experience (or none at all!), our training path offers clearly defined levels of achievement and continual encouragement along the way.
All we need from you is an able body, a positive outlook, a willingness to learn and a heart for helping kids to Dream Bigger.
We have regular, weekly and occasional opportunities for service that include:
